A little information about The Switch’ members:
Brian:
Brian plays guitar, piano, bass, mandolin, buzzoki drums harmonica and sings. A member of the Waltons. Born in Saudi Arabia and has played along side Kila, Richie Buckley Rob Strong. Brian has gigged in London, California, France and Germany and has taught himself how to play music.
Andy:
Playing on the dublin scene for 20 years. Full time professional for 15 with many bands including the Seven Deadly Skins, Fusion Wave and more. Teaching music for 10 years in various schools and art centres. He can play the guitar, bass, drums, perc, violin and flute.
Rama:
played double bass as a teenager with RTE orchestras & other freelance classical orchestras
*plays Bass, Drums, Double bass, Guitar, Piano, Mandolin, Bazouki, Cello & Clarinet
*has a rock band (Nursery Crimes) with his 3 youngest sons who have played gigs & festivals all over Ireland
*Teaches bass, drums, guitar and piano in schools & colleges around the country
*Interests include Taekwon-Do, cycling
*conducted the RTE concert orchestra in the Concert Hall at age 12
*has toured extensively round Ireland and Europe with dozens of bands & orchestras
